Do You Have an Air & Particle Control Problem to Solve?
Contact UsPersonnel: Clear Communication and Dedicated Support
A core value of Air Dynamics is to streamline effective communication. Effective communication is key to project success. To ensure you always have access to knowledgeable support, we assign dedicated personnel to each project. We minimize communication breakdowns by designating key contacts as “Team Leaders” who will serve as your primary points of contact.
- Account Manager: Your dedicated representative, the Account Manager, assists with pre-purchase inquiries and stays involved throughout the entire process, from project initiation to post-commissioning. They will also provide support for spare part orders and annual maintenance reminders to ensure the longevity of your system.
- Project Manager: Once your purchase is confirmed, the Project Manager steps in to oversee the implementation phase. They will familiarize themselves with your design criteria and company standards, managing change order requests and recommending functional design elements to ensure the design-build process runs smoothly before drawings are released and issued for construction (IFC). They provide guidance throughout the design and construction process, managing change orders and ensuring the design aligns with your company’s standards. They are also responsible for quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) and will be on-site as needed to provide installation guidance and training.
On-Site Activities: Ensuring Seamless Installation and Integration
Proper installation is critical to the successful operation of engineered-to-order equipment. Our team is committed to providing on-site support at each stage of the project to ensure seamless integration.
- Engineered-to-order equipment requires proper form, fit, and function for successful implementation. Our team will travel to your facility as needed to complete the assignment. Each visit is pre-scheduled to reduce disruptions during planning of the integration phase.
- Site Walkthrough: During the initial site visit, we collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams to gather essential site data and review equipment locations. This walk-through helps support the conceptual and final design layouts, ensuring everything aligns with your project specifications.
- On-Site Installation Guidance: Our experts provide on-site guidance to mechanical and electrical contractors during installation. We help ensure that the system is installed according to the design and offer best practices for the routing and orientation of central vacuum piping.
- On-Site Commissioning: After mechanical and electrical installation, we conduct on-site commissioning and acceptance tests (OSAT) to verify the system’s performance against the design parameters. This process ensures the system operates as expected, and once completed, we formalize the system handover to your team.
- On-Site Training: We provide comprehensive training for your operators, covering maintenance tasks, system operation, waste removal procedures, and troubleshooting concepts. Our goal is to ensure that your team has the knowledge to maximize the efficiency and longevity of your system.
- Periodic Site Evaluations: Once the system is up and running, we offer periodic site evaluations to maintain its reliability. These visits allow us to check system performance, review spare parts inventories, and address any operational concerns to prevent production delays.
Installation Support: Comprehensive Drawings and Guidance
To ensure smooth installation, we provide essential technical support through detailed drawings and installation guidance.
- 2D & 3D Installation Drawings: We offer 2D isometric color-coded drawings or detailed 3D installation drawings to support contractors of all experience levels. These drawings help ensure that the system is installed accurately and efficiently.
- 3D As-Built Drawings: During installation, adjustments may be made to the original system layout. To ensure your facility’s 3D model accurately reflects the final installation, we provide 3D As-Built models in formats such as Autodesk Inventor, PDF, Navisworks, or Revit.
Post-Commissioning Support: Ongoing Assistance and Optimization
Air Dynamics is committed to supporting your system beyond commissioning. Our post-commissioning services are designed to ensure long-term operational success.
- Weekly Teams Check-In: For the first 30 days of system startup, we schedule weekly check-ins via Microsoft Teams to provide expert guidance and address any questions or concerns as you transition to full system ownership.
- Strategically Timed Reviews: We conduct timely reviews with both the end user and Air Dynamics’ team to ensure smooth system operation. These reviews also allow us to assess spare part needs and provide ongoing system performance insights.
- Remote Troubleshooting Capability: We offer secure, encrypted remote troubleshooting via VPN integration. This enables us to address system issues quickly, reducing downtime and maintaining operational continuity.
- System Maintenance Plan & Spare Parts List: This plan offers timely replacement of consumables and filters for systems that are subject to environmental laws and critical production operations. Materials are delivered based on a recommended timeline.
We can support your operations for general maintenance techniques for the equipment and a spare part list with levels of criticality assigned to each part. As a second layer, the assigned Account Manager assists with timely reminders for recommended consumable replacements.
- O&M Manual: Our equipment comes standard with an operations and maintenance manual. This manual encompasses general system knowledge, warranty, start-up operations, health and safety, maintenance instructions, troubleshooting guides, subassembly information, standard spare parts, and COTS items.
