High-Precision Central Vacuum Systems

All air and material transport systems require special care and experience during the design phase. Our central vacuum cleaning system creations ensure excellent performance and longevity under grueling conditions. We custom design each system to meet specific requirements depending on how the system is used. Our proprietary design process takes into consideration, over fourteen engineering/design elements, ensuring repeatability, excellent functionality and zero-downtime reliability. Our 100 percent in-house design-built capabilities result in consistent performance under challenging conditions. Our Made-in-the-USA industrial aspiration systems cater to diverse industries, including:

  • Aerospace Manufacturing and MRO operations
  • Automotive Manufacturing
  • Food Manufacturing
  • Shipbuilding – Blast Media from Shot-Blasting, Material Collection & Transport for Reuse
  • All Manufacturing, including batching/lifting high bulk density materials into overhead vessels at higher elevations.
  • Oil & Gas

While considering our clients’ challenging applications, we focus on crafting tailor-made solutions while delivering new capabilities for companies who need more from a vacuum system. Please reach out to challenge our second-to-none, creative talents, not found in some of today’s mediocre product offerings. Due diligence requires strict adherence to NFPA, OSHA, NEC 2019 to ensure each system meets NRTL safety and performance standards, delivering long-term value.

Cutting-Edge BIM Integration

Just because a company can perform BIM integration of process piping systems does not mean they will be successful when designing a central vacuum cleaning system piping network! Vacuum system piping design is the most difficult of all air/material transport systems!

Integrating piping systems designed by experts using BIM technology lets clients visualize their vacuum system inside a virtual model of their facility. This design tool allows us to ensure the exact placement of all the components and piping, reducing the chances of installation errors and streamlining team communication. Autodesk Inventor design tools ensure a smooth integration with any existing infrastructure, boosting the overall system compatibility factor.

Approvals, Quality Assurance, Personnel and Plant Safety

Our Approvals include UL508A and UL710. Our A.M.S. designs are reviewed and approved by third-party for Basis-of-Safety, Intrinsic Design, NFPA and NEC 2019 compliance. We are committed to following safety and industry standards. Each system is built to last for 30 years or more. This is because we design and over-build to handle the unexpected from today’s workforce and the unique challenges heavy industry demands.

Specialized Design for Large-Scale Facilities

We specialize in vacuum systems for facilities exceeding a million square feet. Our experience with high-volume projects positions us as leaders in the industrial vacuum market. We've worked on installations for corporations generating over $75 billion in revenue. Every solution combines technical precision with scalable efficiency to meet global operational demands.

Comprehensive Support Services

Clients receive essential support for this process, which includes detailed spare parts lists and on-site guidance throughout the installation. Local teams typically manage the actual installations, but our engineers train and walk through with them to ensure a seamless process. We focus on operational readiness at each stage, reinforcing our commitment to customer service.

Our support extends beyond installation. We are available on an ongoing basis for troubleshooting and system optimization either remotely or on-site. This commitment to service helps solidify long-term partnerships with our clients and ensures their operations run smoothly for decades.

Testimonials Although they laughed, that didn’t faze us – we did our research and we had confidence in Air Dynamics’ application engineer we worked with.

"We’re a resource recovery company. We selected two PLĒCO 30 HP portable vacuum systems configured for bulk pickup. Our customer just laughed at us when the Air Dynamics PLĒCO vacuums showed up. They actually said, ‘they‘d never work!’ Although they laughed, that didn’t faze us – we did our research and we had confidence in Air Dynamics’ application engineer we worked with. The plant had a $100,000 central vacuum system; they even tried a “super sucker” with no decent results. The company gave up trying to recover the powdered tungsten themselves. We had their plant cleaned up in record time, even though the powdered tungsten weighed 1,150 pounds per cubic foot!"

Testimonials

"We love the vacuum and use it just about every day in our normal everyday routine. It has been a major help with maintaining clean floors and machines. We have also used it to unplug clogged pneumatic conveying lines where compressed air did not effectively work. In the past, we used brooms and compressed air to clean which caused the dust to float in the air, moving from surface to surface. The PLECO vacuum eliminates floating dust and its suction is powerful enough to get the fine dust out of the cracks and off the floor quickly. I like that it’s portable to move it where you need it."

- Eric Steigman, Owner, and Plant Manager, Small Valley Milling
Testimonials

"Daniel Lehman was so much more knowledgeable than the competition- probably more knowledgeable than anyone in the country, about industrial vacuums."

- C. Milum, Textile Company
Testimonials We recommend Air Dynamics!

"Working with Air Dynamics was an incredibly enjoyable experience for our engineering firm. They brought expertise to the table that we did not necessarily have in-house, and they conveyed it in a way that was easy for us, our shareholders, and our executives to understand. We would recommend Air Dynamics for anyone looking for a pneumatic or material handling conveying solutions."

- L. Samuelson, Engineer, power company
Testimonials

"The Desert Wind is the best technology we have found for testing and calibration laboratories. We use it within the aerospace and military sectors to assist the creation of parts development and provide part of the certification needed."

- Stephane Carpentier, Dir. Innovation & Development, CTA
Testimonials

"We purchased the PLĒCO 8.5 HP vacuum for our powdered colors business. We chose this substantially built vacuum over a European import that didn’t offer what this American made system did. We purchased a second unit because the first system performed excellent even after filling the canister again and again without affecting the pressure drop across the filters at all.
