The 3nine system operates solely on the centrifugal separation principle and therefore requires very little maintenance. Even under extreme conditions with high solids loading, the 3nine will not clog up like a filter.
The 3nine systems feature patented rotating internal plates, which separate oil mist more effectively than traditional centrifugal separating technologies. Units save about 50% annually on operating costs.
The 3nine systems are very light and compact for easy installation on top of the machine tool. This saves floor space and unnecessary pipe work. The compact configuration also allows for easy moment of machine tools when production requires change.
