Our systems feature a double duty cone vase, which shapes the jet for uniform cleaning velocity and reduces pressure drop across the filters. The low pressure drop results in less energy consumption and lowers operating costs.
Systems use twin-powered supersonic nozzles, which provide great cleaning power. The vertical pulse pipes provide automatic draining of condensed oil/water in the compressed air supply. Units also features optimum flow distribution pattern across booth, which gives maximum velocity at hip-to-head zone.
Our systems feature removable distribution/ baffle panels for easy access to cartridges for change out and inspection. Units also come equipped with floor level exhaust plenum to simplify system fan installation.
